LeadFlow ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Baseline Co, an Australian business. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when signing up and using LeadFlow, including:

  • Your name, business name, and email address
  • Your mobile number and business phone details
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)
  • SMS messages sent and received through your LeadFlow number

We also automatically collect usage data such as call logs, message timestamps, and browser/device information when you use our service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the LeadFlow service
  • Send automated SMS replies on your behalf
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send you service-related emails and notifications
  • Improve and troubleshoot our platform

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. SMS messaging

LeadFlow sends SMS messages to your customers on your behalf using your dedicated LeadFlow number. Your customers may opt out of receiving messages by replying STOP. We comply with all applicable Australian telecommunications regulations.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely on servers located in Australia (Sydney) via Supabase. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.

5. Third-party services

LeadFlow uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Twilio — for SMS and phone number provisioning
  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • Supabase — for database and authentication
  • Resend — for transactional email delivery

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for these services to function.

6. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at hi@baselineco.com.au.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to understand how our service is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect your ability to use LeadFlow.
