These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LeadFlow, operated by Baseline Co ("we", "us", or "our"). By using LeadFlow, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
LeadFlow provides Australian tradespeople with a dedicated phone number and AI-powered SMS auto-reply service to help capture and respond to missed calls and enquiries. The service includes a customer dashboard, reporting, and subscription management.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business in Australia to use LeadFlow. By signing up, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.
3. Subscription and payment
LeadFlow is a subscription service billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use LeadFlow only for lawful business purposes
- Provide accurate information when signing up
- Not use the service to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassing messages
- Comply with all applicable Australian telecommunications and privacy laws
- Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised access
5. SMS and phone number usage
Your LeadFlow number is assigned to you for the duration of your active subscription. Numbers may be reassigned if your subscription lapses. We are not responsible for messages sent by or to your number that occur outside the normal operation of the service.
You acknowledge that AI-generated replies may occasionally be inaccurate. You remain responsible for all communications sent on your behalf through the platform.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occasionally affect the service. We will endeavour to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Baseline Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of LeadFlow, including missed calls, failed messages, or business loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual property
LeadFlow and all associated software, branding, and content are owned by Baseline Co. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
9. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that could harm us or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of LeadFlow after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
